It is easy to get lost in pain and suffering, but at times, our darkest moments can be a springboard to great beauty - as was the case with Vincent Van Gogh.

Van Gogh is one of the world's most famous artists, and you may know that he suffered from bouts of deep of psychosis (the nature of which has been argued). But there is no argument about the brilliance of his painting, particularly when you consider the nuances of his art which the layperson might not know about. This TED talk gives insight into the amazing mind of Van Gogh by helping us appreciate a bit of what his art depicted.
