In outlining how good companies can and have become great companies, Jim Collins, author of the best selling book, Good To Great, encourages the reader to get the right people on the bus, the wrong people off the bus, and the right people in the right seats on the bus.  To my mind, one of the most creative examples of having the right people in the right seats on the bus is the video above. Find where people are strong and give them opportunities to shine in those positions - that's a win for everyone involved.
