This Dog is the WORST at Barking

Dogs are supposed to communicate, at least in part, through barking. But this husky pup REALLY doesn't get it. 

Are there language schools for dogs? Because clearly, this husky pup needs some lessons on how to bark normally. That said, this incredibly cute little puppy will leave you wanting more as you listen to him sound exactly like a little kid babbling away.
